While with a major casino company, Ben spent nine years as Senior Director of Marketing with and eventually oversaw the marketing operations of both the New Orleans Biloxi, Mississippi properties. During Ben’s tenure the Louisiana property rose to the top riverboat casino in the State of Louisiana and the Biloxi property met both its top line and bottom line revenue goals. Ben was also sent to all markets that the major casino company he worked for operated in to assist the properties in reaching their marketing objectives and to troubleshoot marketing and advertising problems. Ben is a multiple direct marketing award-winner and a many time advertising award-winner who has been interviewed as an authority in his field by Charles Bierbauer on CNN and called, “The true warrior in the marketing fight” by American Demographics Magazine. Ben has also been a featured speaker at Indian Gaming and Casino Marketing Conferences.
